Our Baby’s Notes Folder brings everything together in one considered place. Crafted in a soft, neutral felt, with delicate embroidery in a rich chocolate thread, it’s a practical little essential that feels just as lovely as the rest of your baby’s essentials.
Make it personal. Choose ‘Baby’ and your child’s first name, last name or simply Baby’s Notes. Just enter your bespoke wording in the embroidery text box including all the text to be embroidered, and we’ll take care of the details.

A little note on delivery: This is a pre-order item, with orders expected to be delivered in early to mid-November.
Because even the important paperwork can be kept beautifully.
Shipping
Each personalised cashmere piece is embroidered to order and typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination.
During busier periods, dispatch may take a little longer. Every piece is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience while your personalised order is being completed.
Please note: Elizabeth Alexander Baby cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit unless sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked & Signed services.
Returns
Personalised pieces
As each personalised piece is embroidered especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.
Please check your size, embroidery colour, placement and spelling carefully before placing your order. Personalised items are embroidered exactly as entered at checkout.

Non-personalised pieces
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, with all garment labels and original packaging intact.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked, excluding any applicable delivery or associated costs.
Items returned from outside the EU should be clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” and declared at zero value where required.
If your item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
